Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we consider accessibility part of meeting our obligations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Known limitations

  • Third-party services we link to — online bill pay, mapping, and patient portals — are controlled by those vendors and may not meet the same standard.
  • Embedded maps rely on the provider's own accessibility support.
  • Some documents supplied by outside organizations may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide the content another way.
