LivingFree365: Suboxone Outpatient Treatment
LivingFree365 is our outpatient Suboxone program for people who have become dependent on opioid pain medication. It combines medical oversight, outpatient therapy and ongoing patient support, delivered in a private medical office.
Dependency on a prescribed pain medication is a medical problem with a medical treatment. It is not a character flaw, and you will not be treated like one here.
What medication-assisted treatment does
Suboxone eases withdrawal and quiets cravings. That is not the end of treatment — it is what makes the rest of it possible. When your body is no longer running the day, you can work, sleep, be present with your family, and do the therapy that changes things longer term.
What is included
- Medical oversight from a physician licensed to dispense Suboxone
- Outpatient therapy as part of the program, not a referral elsewhere
- Patient support between appointments
- Privacy — a normal medical office, with no separate entrance or signage
- Coordination with the rest of your care if you are also treated here
A completely separate service
LivingFree365 has nothing to do with Kentucky medical cannabis evaluations. They are distinct programs and we never combine them.

How the program works

Make contact
Call the office or send an appointment request. You do not have to explain everything on the phone. - 2
Medical evaluation
A program physician reviews your history, current use, other medications and health conditions, then talks through whether Suboxone is appropriate for you. - 3
Start medication
If it is a fit, treatment begins under close medical supervision, with clear instructions and a follow-up already scheduled. - 4
Stabilise
Visits are frequent at first, then space out as things steady. Outpatient therapy runs alongside the medication. - 5
Keep going
Ongoing support, honest check-ins, and a plan you and your physician revisit together — including how and when to taper, if that is your goal.

Who is LivingFree365 for?
People who have become dependent on opioid pain medication and want a medically supervised way out. Many patients started with a legitimate prescription after surgery or an injury. You do not need to have hit a crisis point to qualify for help.
What is Suboxone?
Suboxone is a prescription medication used in medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependency. It reduces withdrawal symptoms and cravings so that therapy and daily life become possible again. It is prescribed and monitored by a physician.
Is this treatment private?
Yes. LivingFree365 runs in a private medical office alongside our other behavioral health services. There is no separate entrance, no sign on the door, and nothing about your visit identifies why you are here.
Do I have to stop working?
No. This is an outpatient program built around ordinary life. Most patients continue working and living at home throughout treatment.
How long does treatment last?
It depends on the person. Some patients taper off within months; others do better with longer-term maintenance. That decision is made with your physician, based on how you are actually doing.
Do you offer therapy as part of the program?
Yes. Outpatient therapy is part of LivingFree365, not an optional add-on. Medication makes the work possible; therapy is where much of the work happens.
