What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies — local storage, pixels, tags — are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work; others track behavior.
Categories we use
Essential (always on)
- Remembering your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. Stored in your browser's local storage.
- Temporarily holding an appointment request you started, so your typing is not lost if you navigate away. Held in your browser only and cleared when you submit.
- Security and abuse prevention, including form rate limiting.
Analytics (off unless you opt in)
If you opt in, we may use privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement to count page views. Before anything is measured, health-related page paths — condition pages, service pages, and form pages — are collapsed into generic labels, so a condition name is never associated with a visitor. No query strings, form values, or identifiers are sent.
Advertising and social media (never used)
We do not run Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing or conversion tags, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Pinterest, Snap, or session-replay and heatmap tools anywhere on this website. As a HIPAA covered entity, we treat tracking technologies on health-related pages as a potential disclosure of protected health information, so we avoid them entirely — including on condition pages, service pages, the appointment form, and confirmation screens. Turning this category "on" is not offered, because there is nothing to turn on.
Third-party embeds
Our contact and homepage pages embed a map from a mapping provider so you can find the office. That provider may set its own cookies when the map loads. Links to online bill pay and patient portals take you to vendor sites with their own cookie practices.
Changing your choice
You can change your preferences at any time: . You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, or use your browser's Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal.
