What we collect
- Appointment requests. Your name, phone, email, preferred contact method, whether you are a new or returning patient, the service you are interested in, your insurance carrier, and the best time to reach you. We deliberately do not ask for a diagnosis, symptoms, medications, Social Security number, or date of birth through this website.
- Chat assistant messages. Handled in memory to answer your question about scheduling, hours, location, insurance, or services. Transcripts are not stored with identifying information.
- Basic server logs. IP address and request time, used for security and to rate-limit abusive traffic. Not used to build a profile of you.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, schedule care, verify benefits, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Tracking technologies
We do not place Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other advertising or retargeting tag on this website — including on condition pages, service pages, the appointment form, and confirmation screens. Federal guidance treats tracking technologies on health-related pages as a disclosure of protected health information to third parties, so we avoid them entirely. Any privacy-respecting measurement is off until you opt in, and health-related page paths are anonymized before measurement. See our Cookie Policy.
How we protect information
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, and no page loads insecure mixed content. Appointment requests are rate-limited and screened for automated submissions using first-party methods only — we do not use a third-party CAPTCHA service that would receive signals about a health-related form.
Where appointment requests go
Requests are routed only to destinations covered by a Business Associate Agreement. We do not email raw submissions to a general-purpose consumer inbox.
Email and text messaging
Standard email and SMS are not secure. Please do not send clinical details by either. See Text Messaging Terms.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should submit requests on behalf of a minor patient.
Third-party links
Links to pharmacies, health plans, our bill-pay vendor, or mapping services take you to sites we do not control and that have their own privacy practices.
