Cost is the first thing most people want to know and the last thing most practices tell them. We verify your benefits before your first visit and tell you what to expect — in dollars, not in "it depends."

If you are paying out of pocket
We will give you the self-pay rate for the visit you need before you book, and you can decide from there. There is no penalty for asking what something costs.
Prior authorisation
Some treatments — TMS therapy in particular — require prior authorisation from your insurer. Our staff handle that submission and keep you updated. You do not have to negotiate with your plan yourself.

Insurance questions
Do you verify my benefits before I come in?
Yes. Give us your carrier and member details when you request an appointment and we check coverage before your first visit, so cost is not a surprise afterwards.
What if you are out of network with my plan?
We will tell you plainly, give you the self-pay rate, and where relevant provide documentation you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.
Is TMS therapy covered?
TMS is covered by many plans, including Medicare and TRICARE, when specific criteria are met — typically a diagnosis of major depression and a documented history of medications that did not give enough relief. We handle the prior authorisation.
Are medical cannabis evaluations covered?
Usually not. Certification evaluations are frequently considered non-covered services, so we quote the cost up front before you book.
How do I pay a bill?
You can pay online through our secure bill-pay portal, or call the office during business hours.
