Our team

Our Providers

Louisville Behavioral Health Systems has been physician-led since 2000. Eleven clinicians — psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and licensed clinical social workers — work inside one practice, so your medication care and your therapy stay connected instead of split across two offices that never speak.

The physicians who lead your care

Each of our physicians evaluates, prescribes, and manages ongoing psychiatric care, and each prescribes for the LivingFree365 Suboxone outpatient program.

02The rest of the team

11 clinicians under one roof

  • 5

    Board-certified psychiatrists

Physicians who diagnose, prescribe, and manage complex medication regimens — including patients who have already tried several medications without adequate relief.

  • 3

    Psychiatric nurse practitioners

Advanced practice clinicians who evaluate, prescribe, and carry ongoing medication care, working under the same treatment plans as our physicians.

  • 3

    Licensed clinical social workers

Licensed clinicians providing one-to-one psychotherapy for trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and coping with medical illness — on its own or alongside medication.

We match you to the clinician who fits what you need rather than to whoever has the next open slot. If your care would be better served by a different provider in the practice, we say so and make the change.

Individual profiles, credentials and headshots for our nurse practitioners and therapists are published as each clinician confirms them. We do not list a credential we have not verified.
