Southern Indiana patients are welcome in our Louisville office, and there is one rule worth knowing before you book. Our clinicians are licensed in Kentucky. Telehealth visits require you to be physically located in Kentucky at the time of the appointment — so if you are at home in New Albany or Jeffersonville, that visit needs to be in person.
Getting here from Southern Indiana
Distance: About 15 miles from New Albany · Typical drive: 30–35 minutes with bridge traffic
- From Jeffersonville or Clarksville: I-65 south across the Kennedy Bridge, continue to the Watterson Expressway (I-264) east, then exit at Newburg Road.
- From New Albany: I-64 east across the Sherman Minton Bridge, then I-264 east around the south side of the city to the Newburg Road exit.
- Tolling applies on the I-65 downtown and East End bridges; the Sherman Minton (I-64) crossing is toll-free.
- Build in extra time for bridge traffic at rush hour.

This is the one area where telehealth is generally NOT the answer. Our providers are Kentucky-licensed, and Kentucky telehealth rules require the patient to be physically in Kentucky during the visit. Being at home in Indiana does not qualify. Plan on in-person appointments in our Louisville office — and if you work in Kentucky, a telehealth follow-up from your Kentucky workplace can be an option worth asking about.
